Services defined in the MoU (Managed Office or In-House Transformation).

2. Placement Assurance

Guarantee of opportunities (interviews), not final offers (company prerogative).

3. Obligations

• Provide accurate data.
• Ensure student attendance.
• Adhere to "One Student One Offer" policy.

4. Payments

Retainer + Success Fee model.
